Good show but bad venue planning
The actual show was good and funny, but the experience to get into the venue was not planned out well. I will be printing all event tickets from now on just in case this happens somewhere else. The show started late because of the confusion and it might have been cut shirt since there was another show afterwards. Venue personnel were locking people's phones in security pouches before entering the venue plaza space to discourage filming or taking pictures during the show. I heard this was an artist request, but it caused so many people to stand in really long lines for the box office to get a ticket print out. They ended up unlocking people's phones at the entry doors to try and get people in faster. It would have been beneficial to lock up the phones once people passed through the entry doors.
